About Jennifer Barker

Nice to meet you!

I’m Jennifer Barker, a real estate agent in Mammoth Lakes, California. I work with real estate buyers and sellers in Mammoth Lakes, June Lake, Crowley Lake, Sunny Slopes, Bishop… if it’s in the Eastern Sierra, it’s in my world!

About Me

I moved to Mammoth Lakes in 2013 from Connecticut. I spent 10 years working in corporate finance, but no more Wall Street office for me — the views are much better here in the Eastern Sierra!

I love living here, and I love working with people who love the Mammoth lifestyle. My clients often become my neighbors, and I’m happy to get to share this amazing place with them.

How I Work

I pride myself on providing an incredible experience for my clients. I work hard so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

With buyers, I learn what you like and what you don’t, what your dealbreakers and must-haves are, and I keep an eye out for the best properties for you. I’m always honest with clients — as much as I love touring homes, I’d rather pass on five not-quite-right places and spend your time on the perfect-fit homes.

With sellers, I do a market analysis for pricing, get professional photos taken, hold open houses, advise you through every step of the process (including marketing), and make sure your home or investment property gets you the best return possible.

I’m well versed in all things Eastern Sierra real estate. Whether it’s a ski-in-ski-out home, an investment condo, or off-the-grid land, I’m here to help you. I’m beyond excited to help you buy or sell a home, and trust me… we’ll have fun.

I have a network of lenders, inspectors, property managers, handymen, cleaners, etc. Whatever you need, I have a contact.

Real Estate Partnership

I work with Mammoth Village Properties, a premier real estate company located in The Village. We have a strong team, and we get a lot of foot traffic and a lot of visibility for our listings. The brokerage is well established and well regarded.

Out of Office

When I’m not in the Mammoth Village Properties office or working from home, I’m probably running, hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, biking, or getting out to catch a sunrise, sunset or moonrise.

You’ll often catch me out walking my beagle pup, Mogul.
