About the Limelight Residences
This development is a limited collection of 15 luxury residences with owner-only elevator access in one wing of the Limelight Hotel.
The residences have 2-5 bedrooms with mountain views and will be priced in the low $2 millions. It couldn’t be a better location right across from the Mammoth Village Gondola and all the restaurants and shops in The Village.
Owners will have access to hotel amenities — restaurant, lobby bar, family lounge, year-round pool and hot tubs, fitness center and more, plus membership in the Mammoth Mountain Club.

About the Limelight brand
Limelight Hotels is a luxury brand with properties in Denver, Aspen, Snowmass, and Ketchum. What started as the family-run Limelite Lodge in Aspen has evolved into a nationwide brand. The original Limelite Lodge was the first in Aspen to install TVs, phones, air conditioning, and fridges.
In 2005 the lodge was rebuilt as a 126-room hotel, the name was changed to Limelight Lodge, and Aspen Skiing Company bought the property in 2008.
